A White House conservative reporter mocked after she asked about President Trump’s secret to seeking “healthier than ever” – but the journalist insists the American people would want his advice.
Cara Castronuova, a former professional boxer and credential reporter from Lindelltv, asked the softball question to the Caroline Leavitt press in the closing of Friday’s press daily.
“President Trump looks healthier than ever before. I’m sure everyone in this room can agree,” Castronuova began.
“Is he working with Bobby Kennedy and are you eating less McDonald’s?”, Then she asked Leavitt, who laughed at the remarks.
The press secretary replied that she “may confirm that the president is in very good condition” after Castronuova’s leftist peers were surprised.
The video of the interaction shows two reporters of the White House with a stone face irritating and staring at the dead eyes after the exchange.
On online trolls were then fast to explode twice boxer of golden glove winners and the famous former trainer.
“And they say journalism is dead,” Jon Ralston, CEO of News Outlet The Nevada Independent, withdrew to X
“This is not journalist, it’s a dedication,” another critic echoed.
“A+ items. Without notes,” joked the former cnn talking to Chris Cilliza.
Some other users X made dramatic comparisons with the reporting of Kim Jong Un’s despotic regime in North Korea and accused Castronuova of being a “propagandist”.
However, Castronuova stayed close to her question, insisting on posting that if “you love her or hate her, the eyes don’t cheat.”
The broadcaster also insisted it is a question that many Americans would interest – especially those over 65.
“I wanted to ask on behalf of the American people the new regime of the gym and the president’s diet,” Castronuova said.
“He lost weight, it looks a buffer and looks healthier than he came to office eight years ago! I think it’s inspiring for Americans over the age of 65 who is never too late to start losing weight and taking control of your health,” she continued.
“I think the American people over 65 would like some direct advice from the president.”
Meanwhile, her ex-president came to her defense, saying she was harmless, good entertainment.
“Friday afternoon, is the last question, a little small in the room,” said John Tabacco, host of Newsmax’s “wise boys” for interaction.
“Cara is the embodiment of the new media transparency that Trump has introduced into the White House,” Tabacco added to his girlfriend and the former partner.
